The Farmhouse will be available for you from 1600 hrs on the Saturday. We would ask you to leave by 1000 hrs on the following Saturday in order to allow us to prepare for the next guests.
We do not provide a daily cleaning service during your stay but we will make a vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials available should you need them. On departure we would ask that you remove your own dog mess from the garden but apart from that we will clear up behind you.
All we ask is that you treat the house with respect and let us know if any items are damaged so we can replace them. Any structural or permanent damage we will ask you to pay for, including damage caused by dogs to carpets and furniture.
Smoking is not permitted in the Farmhouse although there is a designated smoking area on the patio. We will charge for the additional cleaning required if smoking occurs inside the building.
There is a designated parking space big enough for up to 3 vehicles adjacent to the Farmhouse. All vehicles and their contents are left entirely at their owners’ risk.
We will require a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation. You will be required to pay the balance on arrival. We can only accept cash or cheques.
We welcome well-behaved dogs—a maximum of 2 per booking. They can run free inside the Farmhouse garden but must be kept on a lead when outside the enclosed area. Dogs must not be left unattended in the farmhouse except in the kitchen, and must not be permitted onto beds and furniture. Please remove your own dog waste before departing.
In the unlikely event of a crisis such as fire, flood or other circumstances beyond our control which renders the Farmhouse unusable during some or all of your stay we will refund you the full charge pro-rata and take all reasonable steps to find alternative accommodation in the local area.
